Sturgeon in foil
1.500 gr. fresh sturgeon
2dl. extra virgin olive oil
6 medium potatoes
1 dl. white wine salt and pepper
6 sheets of oven paper or aluminium foil
To prepare: Peel the potatoes and cut up into thin slices.
Cut the sturgeon up into slices and arrange it on a sheet of oven paper with the potatoes, salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil and white wine and then cover everything wiith another sheet of oven paper and close at the sides.
Place the parcel in the oven and leave to cook at a temperatura of 200° for about 30 minutes.
